For the last couple of years I have not been running. The reasons for not running are not important now. What is important is I got my butt out the door and ran a couple of miles.
Your chosen path to fitness is more than likely different from mine. You might prefer walking, or hitting the gym, or yoga, or even bowling. If you have been sitting around like I have, you need to change. You need to find what motivates you. Grab that motivation and let it pull you out the door.
You will find yourself feeling better. Now stop sitting around reading stuff on the computer or your smartphone. Get out and do something!
