Hello again!
I am sorry it has been so long since I have posted here. But sometimes things can't be helped.
There have been several changes in my life since April. My day job got ultra-busy in April. My wife's Grandfather died in May. This caused me to re-evaluate my life and my goals. As a result, I quit my job in June to be closer to family and friends. I had a commute of 2 hours each way and I needed to have more time with my family. My daughter started kindergarten in August and there have been many school activities. Then, most recently, my wife's Grandmother, who was in Stage 5 kidney failure, died this month. And, as of this post I have not found work.
On the fitness front, I have been keeping active and have been eating fairly well. I still weigh 175 pounds and feel great... although I could use a little more sleep.
Since Labor Day, my wife has lost 6 more pounds! And people think she has lost more. Part of it is she has been updating her wardrobe this fall with clothes that actually fit her. It is amazing how the right size of clothing will make you look better and feel better about yourself.
